Christmas Cranberry Bread Recipe
Even those who don’t bake any other time of year begin gearing up for Christmas with baking. Baking traditions from all around the globe can be found in the United States, from German cookies that take weeks to prepare to simple gingerbread men cut outs with colorful sprinkles.
Fruit cake, the seemingly impossible to bake-well food, still persists as an American Christmas tradition, too. But if you’re not quite ready to try making a fruit cake worth eating, try something similar, but much easier: Christmas Cranberry bread.
This dessert-like bread is full of foods we associate with the season, including cranberries, oranges, and raisins. It’s quick and easy to make, and if packaged in an air tight container, lasts well even if you ship it across the globe.
