All you need is a simple popsicle mold, available in grocery stores, big box stores, or online.
These simple, cheap plastic molds work much like ice-cube trays: Just pour liquid into them, add the reusable plastic sticks, and pop the whole thing into the freezer. A few hours later, pop a popsicle out (running the mold under warm tap water makes this easier) and enjoy!
Alternatively, you may reuse clean yogurt containers, adding wooden popsicle sticks after the liquid has thickened up a bit in the freezer.

- 8 oz. Pomegranate juice
- 1/2 Cup plain yogurt
Blueberry Lemon Pops Recipe
- 1 1/2 Cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 Cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Zest (grated peel) from 1 lemon
- 1/2 Cup granulated sugar
Mocha Pops Recipe
- 2 1/2 Cups hot brewed coffee
- About 4 Tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 Cup half-and-half
- 1/4 Teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Salt
Healthier Fudgsicles Recipe
- 2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 Cup canned full-fat coconut milk (or other type of milk – though the pops won’t be as creamy)
- 2 Small, ripe bananas
- Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Granulated sugar
Orange Creamsicles Recipe
- 1 Cup orange juice
- 1 Cup heavy cream
- 3 Tablespoons honey
- ½ Teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ¼ Teaspoon orange extract
