Easy Breakfast Cereal Recipe
Its time for some more great gourmet recipes that will help us get thin too! We’ve talked about including more fruits and vegetables even in desserts but now its time to talk about good carbs (yes they exist) and how to properly incorporate dairy into your diet.
The American Dairy Farmers Association has made a big deal out of the new recommendation that everyone enjoy 3 servings of dairy every day and I think that in between snacks is a great way to get in some important dairy items.
This includes keeping cheese in the fridge at work or making your own yogurts. Its very easy to buy some raw yogurt and just add in your own fruit. Not only can you sweeten to taste but you save money as well as making a better product.
Today’s recipes are going to be just as good.
Easy Breakfast Cereal Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup Granola
- 1 cup Oats
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Instructions
- Combine in milk and enjoy!
- You can even combine the oats and granola in advance in a pantry container and just add the sugar and the vanilla over milk every morning. Its quick and much better for you than box cereals.
- Don’t forget that you can add bananas and nuts if desired.
