Potato Salad to go with That Ham!
Try this potato salad recipe to go with your smoked ham for thanksgiving! Your guest will enjoy this special side dish. You can change it around to suit your taste with any fresh herbs and spices.

Ingredients
- 6 Large idaho potatos
- 3 Boiled eggs
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 3 Tbsp mustard
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Hellman’s Mayonnaise
Preparation Instructions : Potato Salad
Boil potatoes with skin on until tender. Peel potatoes and chop into small pieces. Boil eggs, peel and mash with a fork. Mix potatoes, onions, eggs, mustard, salt and pepper together. Add enough mayonnaise to the desired moistness.
