Fruit Parfaits Recipe
I love to take these on the go with me or stash them in the fridge at the office. They are also great for an after dinner dessert that gets in three important food groups.
- 1 cup Yoghurts
- 1 cup Fruit
- 1 cup Oats
Layer the fruit and yoghurts in a cup.
When you’re ready to eat just add in the oats and enjoy!
