Great for after a workout

  • 1/2 pound Thin steak chopped
  • 2 tbsp Szechuan sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 Onion
  1. In a bowl combine soy sauce, sesame seeds, and szechuan sauce in a bowl.

  2. Make sure meat is well covered in sauce and seeds.

  3. Saute onions in skillet.

  4. When clear add meat and season with pepper, garlic powder, onion powder.

  5. Fry until liquid is boiled off and meat is cooked well. Serve over rice or greens, even both.
