How to Give a Face Massage
A face massage is very relaxing, can help with headaches, migraines, reduce stress, and also very soothing.
6 Steps to Give a Face Massage
1. The face massage can start with the temples, or where ever on the face you choose.
Rub the temples in circles, with applied pressure. Depending on how hard or soft you or the person you are pampering. This can be great therapy.
2. Sounds strange I know but right below the eyebrows take your thumb, starting at the top of nose and follow the bone to the end of eyebrow.
Careful to not poke someone in the eye.
3. Put both thumbs underneath the nose and work your way to the end of lips.
One smooth movement.
4. Not exactly on the nose.
Start at top nose, between where eyes and nose meet, with index fingers and in a slow smooth movement to right above the end of nose.
5. Work your way around the jaw line with fingers.
6. All of these done about 5 to 10 times each make a great face massage that you can do in the comfort of your own home with out paying an expensive massage therapist or going to a massage spa.
